How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 30 days for shipping. As much as possible we will ship as soon as we receive your order however, in some cases we will be making a fresh batch just for you.

How do I get Free Shipping if my order is over $75.00?

Simply add discount code ALBERTA at checkout for orders within Canada. Your shipping should automatically be discounted.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Wyncke + Crosse products are formulated from the most raw ingredients accepted by Health Canada and the USDA. Because of the natural plant matter in our formulations we are unable to ship outside Canada

N.B. We do everything possible to ensure your package is well insulated however, in climates of extreme heat and cold, it may not be possible to maintain the integrity of your natural product during shipment.

What is your return policy? 

You may return any order as long as the the safety seal remains unbroken. If you open your order and find the contents are spoiled please contact customer service directly at naturalfootspa6@gmail.com
